Siddhi has 13+ years of experiences in Development Sector. Siddhi worked in academia for 5 years. Prior to that she has worked as Counsellor under Targeted Intervention Program and later progressed to State Coordinator- Pehchan Project for the State of Gujarat. She has been State resource person for NACO for Targeted Intervention Program. She has been trained as Trainer by Tata Institute of Social Sciences under Saksham Program funded by Global Funds.

Currently, Siddhi provides technical guidance for job placement cell. She guides VISTAR India team for communication with all potential organizations, corporate offices, manpower supply agencies and government departments for job placements. In last five years, 5000+ students have been placed successfully in her leadership.
