Vistar essentially means Expansion, Growth, Development, Magnitude, Greatness and Abundance. We can proudly say – expansion of ideas, growth with grace, magnitude of reach, Greatness of supporters, Abundance of resources and Broadness of thoughts are our pillars behind the sucess.
 

At Vistar, we keep expanding the ideas to improve the work we do; we let people grow with us by dignity; we keep reaching out to  beneficiaries, we see to it that the magnitude of our reach is not less than the last person who needs us; we are proud of the goodness we receive from our supporters; we strive to collect the wealth of wisdom in abundance which helps  us with  broadness of our thoughts.

VISTAR, an acronym of “Valuable Integrity Service for Training & Research” is a non-profit social affairs organization that is committed to people-centered strategy and holistic approach for sustainable skill development especially for youth. Moreover, environmental protection, education for all, poverty eradication, resettlement and rehabilitation, capacity building, training and establishment are advanced activities to name a few. We tirelessly work for addressing the social, economical, legal, and psychological problems, and channelize our efforts to ensure women empowerment, productive employment and social integration.

Aims and Objectives

  • Formation of self-help groups and self-employment opportunities to without any discrimination
  • Technical & social support for utilizing the natural resources like land, water, Forest, Animals & agriculture management, horticulture, cottage industries etc.
  • Infrastructure development such as approachable roads, housing, hospitals, schools, community hall, marketing for all
  • Providing trainings in micro finance and developing entrepreneurial skills in both rural and urban sector
  • Developing human resources by establishing schools, technical & vocational institutions
  • Giving all organizational support for the development of villages & bring them to the enlightened world
  • To become a bridge between government and rural population by organizing workshops and seminars
