Chetan is a young and enthusiastic social worker and founding member of the VISTAR India.

Chetan is a target driven development professional with more than 20 years of unified journey from grass root to management level. He has an extensive experience of working with various national and international level organizations and Government Departments. He is proficient in Project Designing and Management, Finance Management, Human Resource Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Capacity Building.  He has been instrumental in nurturing and growing VISTAR India into its Present avatar.
